Jim Kelleher – Principal Consultant/Business Development Coaching
Jim is a lifelong business developer who has been involved in the legal industry, primarily as a vendor, since the late 1970’s. His career has progressed from litigation copying to litigation support and large-scale document productions, law firm copy room and mailroom facilities management to financial printing. From there he moved to legal research and, finally, to providing forensic engineering and expert witness services which he has been providing since 2004. Jim Baker is an entrepreneurial success story. While still in his mid 20’s, he took over what was a struggling East Coast outplacement service and recreated and rebranded the Atlantic Search Group through organic growth, bootstrapping, and a series of acquisitions , to create Ockham Inc. On July 15, 2014, Mr. Baker sold Ockham Inc. to British pharmaceutical ,and CRO giant, Chiltern, and became its Chief Development Officer in the United States. Mr. Baker has been involved in the purchase, sale, and acquisition of numerous privately held companies. He currently serves as the CEO of Sumus Inc. A Villanova graduate and father of five, he lives in Cary, NC with his wife Colleen and is active in community affairs.
